• Match volunteers with appropriate opportunities (after admin review)

• Operate and improve the platform

Contact information (email, phone) is never shared publicly. It is only released to a matched volunteer or organization after our admin team has explicitly reviewed and approved the connection. You will be informed before any release occurs.

We may use third-party services to operate the platform, including Supabase (database hosting), Cloudflare (website hosting), and Stripe (payment processing). These services process data on our behalf under their own privacy policies.

5. Individual and Vulnerable Person Protections

Information submitted through the "Need Help?" form is handled with heightened care. This data is reviewed only by our admin team and is never posted publicly, listed in search results, or shared with volunteers or organizations without your explicit consent.

We do not collect or store health diagnoses, religious affiliation, political views, or other sensitive categories of personal data.

6. Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, or as required by applicable law. You may request deletion of your information by contacting us at info@goldenstripunite.org.
